A titanium dental implant was surgically placed into the maxilla to replace a missing left
second bicuspid. Custom-made abutment was then constructed to fit over the implant fixture.
Post-op photo: A metal-ceramic crown was fabricated and cemented onto the abutment.
The final outcome is an esthetically pleasing restoration.
